This coney island exuded the typical coney ambiance. It was clean and spacious with not only booths; but some tables and chairs for larger company, which was nice. Our server was friendly, patient and attentive just enough. We all ordered different breakfast items that did not disappoint. Our experience from start to finish was easy, smooth, friendly, timely and uninterrupted. Two thumbs up.
We come here every Sunday, we enjoy this place for its variety like any good Coney Island has. Food: always 5/5 Their grilled chicken is the best for salads, pitas, or even omelets. Their breakfast is consistent and hot every time. The breakfast special (before 11 AM) is a hit for me, as well as the burrito (with bacon for me, but sausage or ham are also offered). Husband gets the special, a chicken omelet, or sometimes lunch if he's craving a sandwich, like a tuna melt. Lately, he's been getting the chicken kabob, that comes with sautéed veggies, fries or rice, as well as a salad/soup/coleslaw choice. So much food for $17, how can you go wrong?? Service: 5/5 Depends on your server, how busy their section is, and what all else they have going on behind the scenes, as it is in any restaurant. That being said, we always enjoy when we have Izzy as our server. She's just naturally social and fun to be around. Valerie does a great job as well. We don't usually sit in Ashley's section but she's also very great at what she does, and she's good for bringing coffee around in her spare time. Okira is a sweet soul and does a great job. Ambiance: 5/5 It is clean, and as mentioned above, the servers are all kind and make the place very welcoming. The owners, who are there every day, make sure the place runs smoothly and always make sure to ask how everything was.
Wife and I had been on the road all morning..decided to stop here for lunch I love a good coney dog wife got the single dog with rootbeer and fries and I ordered the double dog and fries . Wait staff was very quick with the root beers and then our food . Fries were hot and good , the dogs were outstanding a quality hot dog had that snap when you bite into it coney sauce was very good and diced onions were sweet . Really enjoyed our lunch stop , place and bath rooms were clean and the waitress keep our glasses full . And asked if everything was good . All of this for just under 20 bucks . Place was very busy for 1pm on a Friday. Only wish they canned that coney sauce I would have bought a case.lol

We have been to this establishment many times. We have yet to be disappointed. Always consistent with food and service. Great menu. Great for both breakfast and lunch
I just had the breakfast special and it was amazing. I recommend the scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage links, white toast, and hashbrowns. 10/10 Coney Island will definetly come again.
This was good food and pancakes. The staff all always there for if you need more, and the place is big and not crowded. The wait time is also non-existent., with the food coming out very fast.

A Coney diner type place in a busy strip mall in busy Novi. Inside is a small storefront diner, with the usual Coney type menu. The prices were a little high, particularly on the specials, and the staff was fast and polite. The bathroom were not clean. The food was good.
I've had a few meals here, and I find them to be quite a decent coney island in an area filled with many many coney islands. The coney was excellent, and the fries hot and crispy. Also have had breakfast here, and they do a snappy, quick breakfast. The place itself is clean, and the outside seating is quite nice with the place being placed so far back off of Grand River and Novi Rd. Did have a curious experience with a diner behind us who asked "What kind of liquor do you have?" to a bemused waitress during a 10am-ish breakfast experience... verily interesting.
